Boro (Big) haor

One of the biggest haors in Kishoreganj, known as Haor Baor region, is a big haor. The extent of this haor is spread across Kishoreganj's Itna, Ashtagram, Nikli and Mithamain upazilas. This haor has also been in some parts of Habiganj district. In this haor, located in Kishoreganj, you will see small villages. Due to the economical water all around these villages, it seems as if the villages are a small floating island. If you wish, you can come down to these villages, see their livelihood. In winter, guest birds arrive in this haor. In the evening, when the sun's red light is falling between this haor, the water of the haor also looks like a red color. In the monsoon season, the massive high waves of the haor, as well as the waves of the ocean wave.
